What is Man?

For the last year now a verse in Psalms has had my attention. "What is man that You are mindful of him?" What is man? What is it about human flesh and blood that stops the Uncreated in His tracks? We are the only creatures that can give God the metaphorical finger and yet the only ones that when they fell from glory He died for. What the crap? I think that it is this chasym that seperates us from God. The utter disbelief that God would become a man and be mocked and murdered is too far a thought. What manner of love is this? And is this the only measure of true love? Yes, yes it is. I don't really know how to end this other than to say it's worth thinking about what is man that He is mindful of him?...Whoa that was creepy wierd, it's like when you're teachers in Jr. High remind you to come full circle on a paper...nevermind...
